Mansion Inn Policies
Rates
include a full breakfast served in the dining room and turn
down service with cookies.
Every
room has a private bath, central air conditioning, cable television & telephone.
Cancellation
Policy
Reservations canceled up to 21 days prior to arrival will be refunded in
full. Reservations canceled less than 21 days prior to arrival are considered
non-refundable deposits. (If you must cancel, let us know as soon as possible
and if we are able to re-rent the rooms, we will happily issue you a gift
certificate.) Canceled credit card reservations will be charged a 7% transaction
fee.
One
night stays allowed Sundays thru Thursdays. Two night stays
on weekends (three on Holidays.) Rooms are double occupancy
only. All accommodations are paid for in advance. Master Card,
Visa, and American Express accepted. Check-in is between 3:00
PM and 7:00 PM. Check out is by 11:00 AM (With prior notice,
arrangements can be made for late arrival.)
We
are a non-smoking Inn. Smoking is permitted on the porch and
patios. Children over fourteen are welcome.
